The Richmond Middle School project was an opportunity to team with a variety of professionals for the construction of a new school facility.

Working together with Banwell Architects, our personnel were able to site the new school building, taking advantage of the unique site characteristics, including multi-story access for the classrooms and solar orientation. Our personnel teamed with GR+2 Landscape Architects, in part maintaining a green front space and existing athletic field on-site, as well as the design and construction of a "natural brook" and nature trail for the students to the south of the school building.

Members of our staff also assisted with planning, surveying, permitting, bidding and construction assistance services for the project and teamed with Resource Systems Group and Geodesign to develop plans for the site.
